This new generation Torch height controller is based on the popular Compact THC 150 model, in which relay outputs were replaced by inputs / outputs STEP DIR. These inputs / outputs generate corrective signals step/dir proportionally to the slope of the material.
The connection method of a controller “beyond the software” that allows you to use it with the
software without the THC function.

This new generation Torch height controller is based on the popular Compact
THC 150 model, in which relay outputs were replaced by inputs / outputs STEP DIR. These
inputs / outputs generate corrective signals step/dir proportionally to the slope of the material.
The connection method of a controller “beyond the software” that allows you to use it with the
software without the THC function.
The Proma Compact THC SD is intended for use with any control system that uses STEP/DIR signals to control the Z axis
Pilot Arc Voltage Neutralizer – protection system, which is responsible for
removing spikes in the AC electrical flow, which can be caused by a plasma
source with contact-less arc striking (HV/HF pilot arc) generating a high voltage
or from surges coming from plasma cutters equipped with contact arc striking
system.
A quick acting filter system can remove any interference that may pass through a
voltage divider.
The “brain” consists of a programmed microprocessor.
A built-in switching power supply ensures compatibility in a wide range of power
supply voltages without the need for heat sinking.
Connect Voltage to the controller, the controller will produce the torch up/down and on signals to control the machine s Z-axis.

Our software training includes Qcad drawing software and MyPlasm CNC with no limit to training time. Call from 7 is to 10 pm Central Time 7 days a week at 870-427-2421 training line. Our training is by phone with the use of a remote computer connection called Mikogo. We will see your screen or you can see our screen. Training is responsive to your needs, you set the pace! The teacher’s pointer appears on your screen to show what to do next, which makes learning a hands on experience. Extra Training and support is available for 200.00
